Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh customer relations di Cabang Tunas Toyota Hayam Wuruk. Hal ini dilakukan karena banyaknya keluhan-keluhan pelanggan terhadap Cabang Tunas Toyota Hayam Wuruk sehingga customer relations harus mampu mengatasi keluhan-keluhantersebut.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam kepada key informan dan informan mengenai strategikomunikasi diCabang TunasToyotaHayam Wuruk. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa strategi komunikasi sangat diperlukan dalam menangani pelanggan agar ketika ada keluhan bisa langsung diatasi dengan baik. Sehingga pelanggan bisa merasa puas terhadap pelayanan perusahaan danterciptahubunganyangbaik antarapelanggandenganperusahaan.
