Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengurah service recovery terhadap loyalitas nasabah PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode survey dengan tujuan deskriptif korelasional karena untuk mengetahui hubungan dua variabel, yaitu variabel X service recovery dan variabel Y loyalitas. Probabilitas yaitu sampel yang mempunyai kemungkinan yang sama untuk dipilih. Pengelompokan populasi bersifat heterogen kedalam beberapa subpopulasi yang disebut sampling berstrata, berdasarkan subpopulasi maka digunakan jenis sampling berstrata proposional stratified sampling dengan jumlah 61 terdiri dari, 34 orang laki-laki dan 27 perempuan. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap pengaruhnya service recovery terhadap loyalitas nasabah PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk adalah 0.678. melalui hasil korelasi Spearman�s rho, variabel service recovery dan loyalitas memperlihatkan hubungan yang positif, kuat, dan signifikan. Berdasarkan penelitian masih ada customer service officer yang masih belum konsisten dalam menjalankan kegiatan service recovery.
