Penelitian ini didasari oleh kondisi perawat yang tidak stabil menyebabkan meningkatnya tingkat Turnover Intentions. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja (X1) dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (X2) terhadap Turnover Intentions (Y) profesi perawat di wilayah Ciledug Tangerang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 115 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis path. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Organziational Citizenship Behavior, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intentions, Organziational Citizenship Behavior tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intentions.
