Description:

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas Bank terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Pada Bank BCA Cabang Grogol Muawardi Area Jakarta Barat. Hipotesis sesuai dengan penelitian terdahulu, temuan penelitian bahwa dari ketiga variabel masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Penelitian ini mengunakan data primer dan data sekunder dengan instrumen penelitian kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penalitian ini menggunakan Non Probability Sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Data di analisa mengunakan metode analisis d Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan Software Statistik. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dari tiga variabel masing-masing berpengaruh, Kualitas pelayanan tingkat signifikansi di atas 0.05 sehingga dapat dikatakan memeiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan Nasabah. Dan Fasilitas Bank berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan Nasabah. Secara parsial, Kualitas pelayanan dan Fasilitas Bank terhadap kepuasan Nasabah.
