Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian melalui Citra Merek pada Pengguna Sampo Head&Shoulder yang ditemui di Wilayah Jakarta Barat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Jalur, dan Sobel Test. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 160 responden yakni seluruh orang yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan Sampo Head&Shoulder. Penentuan sampel dengan teknik non probability sampling.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian analisis jalur dan sobel test menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan citra merek dan secara tidak langsung harga berpengaruh terhadap citra merek melalui keputusan pembelian. Variabel kualitas produk secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan citra merek dan secara tidak langsung kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap citra merek melalui keputusan pembelian. Dan keputusan pembelian berpengaruh terhadap citra merek.
