Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, dan Servicescape terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Restoran Sukiya Central Park Mall. Dalam penelitian ini variabel independen terdiri dari Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Servicescape sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Kepuasan Konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pengunjung restoran Sukiya yang telah melakukan pembelian di restoran Sukiya Central Park Mall. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling, dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (i) Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Restoran Sukiya Central Park Mall, (ii) Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Restoran Sukiya Central Park Mall, (iii) Servicescape berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Restoran Sukiya Central Park Mall, (iv) Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, dan Servicescape berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Restoran Sukiya Central Park Mall, (v) Harga berpengaruh dominan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Restoran Sukiya Central Park Mall.
