Description:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi
gaya kepemipinan terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan
PT. Pos Logistik Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada pengambilan
sampel adalah dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan
penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik slovin sebanyak 135 responden.
Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pos Logistik Indonesia. Teknik
analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji
Reliabilitas, Asumsi Klasik dan Analisis Jalur.
Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa variabel
komitmen organisasi secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan
turnover intention namun secara tidak langsung komitmen organisasi tidak
berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja. Variabel gaya
kepemimpinan secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan turnover
intention namun secara tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh
terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja. Dan kepuasan kerja
berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention
