Description:

Adanya makanan cepat saji menjadi sebuah tren di kalangan masyarakat untuk dikonsumsi dan memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. McDonald�s Indonesia menjadi restoran cepat saji yang memiliki layanan drive thru membuat strategi kampanye #BedaRodaSatuJalur untuk melihat adanya pengaruh terhadap citra merek perusahaan. Studi ini memakai metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan penghimpunan data memakai kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel memakai Teknik purposive sampling dengan 100 responden di followers instagram @mcdonaldsid. Teori yang dipakai di studi ini ialah �Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM)�. Sesuai hasil penelitian ada pengaruh kampanye #BedaRodaSatuJalur terhadap brand image McDonald�s Indonesia yakni 25,7% lalu 74,3%-nya terpengaruh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti di studi ini. Teknik analisis data di studi ini memakai uji normalitas, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji koefisien korelasi, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi.
