Description:

Background: Poor sanitation reduces k human well-being, social and economic development due to impacts such as anxiety, risk of sexual violence, and loss of educational opportunities. One of the SDGs targets is universal access to safe and affordable drinking water. Study Design: The study used an ecological study design with a follow-up plan for improvement. Methods: The study was carried out on five health services with models and simulations to identify health service sanitation (hygiene and PPE, water, sanitation and solid waste, buildings and resources) for future health problems. Results: The results showed that there were no health services that met the WASH FIT targets from the four indicators, but there were already several health services that met the targets for several WASH FIT indicators. Conclusion: It is hoped that the government will improve the treatment of B3 waste extensively and provide subsidies for incinerators to treat B3 waste.
