ANALISA DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENYEDIA LOWONGAN PEKERJAAN YANG DIREKOMENDASI BERDASARKAN STANDAR KOMPETENSI KERJA NASIONAL INDONESIA (SKKNI)

Pada tahun 2016, Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) telah mulai diberlakukan di kawasan ASEAN termasuk di Indonesia. Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) adalah sebuah bentuk kerjasama antar anggota ASEAN. Karena adanya Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA), Negara � Negara di ASEAN akan menjadi wilayah kesatuan pasar dan basis pruduksi yang membuat akan terbukanya lapangan pekerjaan baru di kawasan ASEAN.Hal ini menimbulkan beberapa masalah bagi pencari kerja untuk mendapatkan informasi dengan berbagai macam lowongan pekerjaan yang sedang dibuka dan berisi berbagai pelamar yang ingin melamar pekerjaan atau yang sudah melamar pekerjaan. Dari permasalahan tersebut penulis mencoba untuk menganalisa dan merancang system informasi penyedia lowongan pekerjaan yang direkomendasi berdasarkan standar kopentensi kerja nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) yang dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat dalam pencarian pekerjaan atau pelamar pekerjaan. Diharapkan analisa dan perancangan system informasi ini dapat dijadikan wadah untuk pencari pekerjaan dan pemberi lowongan pekerjaan. Pada penelitian ini penulismenggunakan tahapan struktur navigasi, entity relationship diagram,storyboard yang merupakan konsep komunikasi interaktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini masih berupa rancangan sistem informasi penyedia lowongan pekerjaan.Diharapkan dari analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk membuat hasil tampilan informasi penyedia lowongan pekerjaan dengan berbagai jenis lowongan pekerjaan yang sedang dibuka.

In 2016, the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) began to take effect in the ASEAN region, including in Indonesia. The ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) is a form of cooperation between ASEAN members. Due to the existence of the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA), countries in ASEAN will become a unitary market area and a production base that will create new jobs in the ASEAN region. This raises several problems for job seekers to get information with various kinds of job openings that are being opened and contain various applicants who want to apply for jobs or who have applied for jobs. From these problems the author tries to analyze and design a job information provider system that is recommended based on the Indonesian national employment competence standard (SKKNI) which can simplify and accelerate in job searches or job applicants. It is expected that the analysis and design of this information system can be used as a place for job seekers and job openers. In this study the author uses the stages of the navigation structure, entity relationship diagram, storyboard which is the concept of interactive communication. The results of this study are still in the form of design information systems provider job vacancies. Expected from the analysis and design of information systems can be used as a basis for making the results of the information display of job vacancies with various types of job openings being opened.
