Description:
Pada hakekatnya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan
suatu usaha untuk menciptakan perlindungan dan keamanan dari berbagai
risiko kecelakaan dan bahaya, baik fisik, mental maupun emosional terhadap
pekerja, perusahaan, masyarakat dan lingkungan (Sucipto, 2014).
Dengan adanya penerapan teknologi pengendalian Keselamatan dan
Kesehatan Kerja, diharapkan tenaga kerja akan mencapai ketahanan fisik dan
memiliki tingkat kesehatan yang tinggi. Disamping itu, Keselamatan dan
Kesehatan Kerja juga diharapkan untuk dapat menciptakan kenyaman kerja
dan keselamatan kerja yang tinggi (Sucipto, 2014).
