Description:
Menurut UU No. 44 tahun 2009, rumah sakit merupakan institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat. Rumah sakit memiliki tugas untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna. Rumah sakit juga harus memenuhi persyaratan lokasi, bangunan, prasarana, sumber daya manusia, kefarmasian, dan peralatan (Pemerintah RI, 2009).
