Description:
Keselamatan pada dasarnya adalah kebutuhan setiap manusia dan menjadi naluri dari setiap makhluk hidup. Sejak manusia bermukim di muka bumi, secara tidak sadar mereka telah mengenal aspek keselamatan untuk mengantisipasi bahaya di sekitar lingkungan hidupnya (Ramli, 2014). Pelaksanaan K3 merupakan tanggung jawab semua pihak, khususnya masyarakat industri. Dengan demikian semua pihak terkait berkewajiban untuk berperan aktif sesuai fungsi dan kewenangannya untuk membudayakan K3 sehingga dapat mencegah kasus kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja (PAK). Agar pelaksanaan K3 dapat mencapai hasil yang optimal harus didukung oleh
sumber daya manusia dibidang K3 (Depnakertrans RI, 2009).
