Description:
Sumber daya manusia merupakan satu-satunya sumber daya yang memiliki akan perasaan, keinginan, keterampilan, pengetahuan, dorongan, daya, dan karya (rasio, rasa, karsa). Semua poteni SDM tersebut berpengaruh terhadap upaya organisai dalam mencapai tujuan (Sutrisno, 2014). Penarikan (recruiting) adalah kegiatan mencari dan mempengaruhi tenaga kerja agar mau melamar lowongan pekerjaan yang masih kosong diperusahaan �Mencari� yaitu menetapkan sumber-sumber tenaga kerja yang ditarik �Mempengaruhi� adalah menetapkan cara-cara penarikanya, seperti melalui iklan pada media masa dan atau melalui para karyawan yang telah ada (Hasibuan, 2014).
