K3 merupakan suatu pemikiran dan upaya untuk menjamin keutuhan dan kesempurnaan baik jasmani dan rohani.
Dengan K3 para pihak yang diharapkan dapat melakukan pekerjaan dengan aman dan nyaman. Sehingga diharapkan tenagakerjaakan mencapai ketahanan fisik, daya kerja dan tingkat kesehatan yang
tinggi(Sucipto,2014).
