Populasi yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2002-2008. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 7 sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Hipotesis ( Uji Parsial dan Uji Simultan) dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi (RSquare). Pada penelitian ini persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan adalah sebagai berikut: PER = 689.407 + 15.578 DOL + 5.594 DFL+ 0.392 DER +28.597 ROA + -75.063 ROE +e. Pada Uji F nilai signifikan sebesar 0.00 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel independent (Degree of Operating Leverage, Degree of Financial Leverage, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset dan Return on Equity) berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependent (Price Earning Ratio). Uji T pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (sebesar 0.939) dan Return on Equity (sebesar 0.012) terhadap variabel Price Earning Ratio. Sedangkan Variabel Degree of Operating Leverage (sebesar 0.578), Return on Asset (sebesar 0.379), Return On Equity (sebesar 0.012) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Price Earning Ratio. Variabel independent yang paling mempengaruhi terhadap Price Earning Ratio adalah Degree of Financial Leverage (sebesar 0.001).
