PENGARUH METODE SPEOS TERHADAP PENINGKATAN BERAT BADAN BAYI PADA IBU POST SECTIO CAESARIA DI RUMAH SAKIT PELNI JAKARTA

Di Jakarta Proporsi Berat Badan Lahir Rendah adalah 6,0 %. BBLR memiliki kesulitan untuk beradaptasi dengan kehidupan ekstra uterin akibat ketidakmampuan system organ tubuhnya seperti paru�paru, jantung, ginjal, hati dan system pencernaanya Metode SPEOS dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas ASI pada ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi apakah ada Pengaruh Metode SPEOS terhadap Peningkatan berat badan bayi baru lahir meningkat dengan metode SPEOS Pada Ibu Post Sectio Caesaria Di Rumah Sakit Pelni Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Pasien Pasca Sectio Caesaria dengan jumlah responden 64 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasy eksperimen dengan pendekatan pretest and posttest control group design. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Uji Chi Square, maka didapatkan nilai dari berat badan bayi dengan p value (Asymp. Sig 2 tailed) sebesar 0,000. Dimana angka tersebut menunjukan nilai yang kurang dari batas kritis penelitian yaitu 0,05 sehingga keputusan hipotesis adalah gagal di tolak yang berarti menerima HA dan menolak Ho atau dengan kata lain terdapat pengaruh bermakna antara Metode SPOES Terhadap Peningkatan Berat Badan Bayi Pada Ibu Post Sectio Caesaria Di Rumah Sakit Pelni Jakarta. Disarankan untuk pihak Rumah Sakit PELNI Jakarta perlu menerapkan kebijakan baru agar berat badan bayi baru lahir meningkat dengan metode SPEOS pada pasien Post Sectio.

The SPEOS method can be used to increase breast milk productivity in mothers. This study aims to identify whether there is an effect of the SPEOS method on increasing newborn body weight by using the SPEOS method in post-sectio caesaria mothers at Pelni Hospital, Jakarta. The sample used was Post-Caesaria Section Patients with 64 respondents. The method used was a quasy experimental experiment with a pretest and posttest control group design approach. The statistical test used is Chi Square analysis, then the value of the babys body weight is obtained with a p value (Asymp. Sig 2 tailed) of 0,000. Where this number shows a value that shows a value that is less than the critical limit of the study, namely 0.05 so that the hypothesis decision is failed to be rejected, which means accepting HA and rejecting Ho or in other words there is an effect of the influence of the SPOES Method on Increasing Baby Weight in Postmothers. Sectio Caesaria at Pelni Hospital, Jakarta. It is suggested that PELNI Hospital Jakarta need to implement a new policy so that the body of newborns increases with the SPEOS method in Post Sectio patients.
