APLIKASI PERHITUNGAN PPH21 MOBILE ANDROID FASILITATOR VALIDASI WAJIB PAJAK PRIBADI

Teknologi informasi mobile dan komunikasi internetworking saat ini, semua orang dapat berkomunikasi dengan orang lain yang berada di berbagai tempat. Melalui media internet, bisnis aplikasi berkembang dengan pesat, berbagai situs perusahaan bermunculan di dunia maya sampai situs perpajakan negara. Bahkan masyarakat Wajib Pajak (selanjutnya disebut WP) untuk menghitung dan membayarkan sendiri besarnya pajak penghasilan terutang, berdasarkan ketentuan peraturan UU PPH 2009 pasal 21 lewat situs perpajakan negara ataupun bagian keuangan dari perusahaan WP bekerja. Sekarang ini manusia sangat mudah memperoleh dan menyampaikan berbagai informasi yang dibutuhkan kapan saja dan dimana saja dalam waktu singkat. Hal inilah yang melandasi untuk Membangun Aplikasi Perhitungan PPh21 Mobile Android fasilitator validasi Wajib Pajak Pribadi (selanjutnya disebut WPP). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur, studi banding website yang ada di internet mengenai aplikasi dan jurnal terkait serta observasi langsung ke beberapa kantor pajak wilayah DKI : jakarta selatan, utara, barat, timur dan pusat. Melakukan wawancara kepada beberapa orang staff karyawan serta orang-orang dilingkungan tempat tinggal penulis yang menerima upah ditempat mereka berkerja yang ada pemotongan PPh21. Metode pengembangan aplikasi atau perangkat lunak yang penulis digunakan adalah linear sequential model disebut dengan classic life cycle atau yang biasa dikenal waterfall. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa Implementasi Aplikasi perhitungan PPh21. yang dapat memberikan konstribusi pada masyarakat WPP pengguna android mobile guna pengecekan pemotongan PPh21 yang dilakukan oleh instansi atau perusahaan tempat mereka berkerja terhadap upah atau gaji yang mereka terima, apakah terjadi kesalah dalam pemotongan.

Conducted interviews to some staff employees as well as people living in the environment where authors who receive wages in place of their existing work cutting PPh21. Method of application development or software authors used a model called the linear sequential classic life cycle or commonly known as waterfall. Results obtained in the form of Implementation Application calculation PPh21, which can contribute to the community WPP android mobile users to check cutting PPh21 conducted by the agency or the company where they work on wages or salaries they receive, whether the mistake in cutting.
