Isolasi Sosial adalah ketika seorang individu mengalami penurunan atau bahkan sama sekali tidak mampu berinteraksi dengan orang lain di sekitarnya. Terapi aktivitas kelompok sosialisasi (TAKS) merupakan salah satu terapi modalitas pada pasien isolasi sosial yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan bersosialisasi pasien. Terdapat 50.17% pasien yang mengalami isolasi sosial.
