Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Financial Laverage,ROA, EPS, PER terhadap Initial Return baik secara bersama- sama maupun yang parsual. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 perusahaan yang telah listing di BEJ dari tahun 2000-2005. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 13. Hasil analisis regresi terhadap permasalahan pertama menunjukkan bahwa variabel FL, ROA, EPS, PER, AGE dan Underwriter secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap initial return. Hasil analisis regresi terhadap permasalahan kedua menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel EPS, , AGE dan Underwriter secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap InitialReturn.
