Barium Zirkonium Titanat merupakan material feroelektrik yang menjadi kandidat pengganti PZT timbal zirconium titanat karena kebijakan berbagai Negara untuk mengurangi penggunaan timbal. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis termal Untuk mengetaui proses pembentukan material BZT. Hasil menunjukan bahwa material BZT mulai terjadi kristalisasi pada suhu 400 C dan terjadi evaporasi pada suhu 436 derajat celcius
