KAJIAN IMPLEMENTASI KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA DENGAN METODE TRAFFIC LIGHT SYSTEM DI PT.SULINDAFIN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan level pemetaan pada traffic light system berdasarkan tingkat kecelakaan dan penerapan implementasi komunikasi K3 dan mengidentifikasi penyebab tingginya tingkat kecelakaan pada departemen (gugus) yang memiliki tingkat kecelakaan tertinggi serta membandingkan perhitungan safety score dengan pemetaan pada traffic light system. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perhitungan safety score,traffic light system dan cause and effect diagram. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pemetaan pada tabel traffic light system didapatkan hasil level implementasi program K3 di PT.SULINDAFIN berada pada level 3 (hati-hati). Sedangkan departemen (gugus) yang memiliki tingkat kecelakaan tertinggi selama tahun 2013 sampai 2015 adalah departemen Utility (Bintang Timur). Untuk perhitungan safety score pada tahun 2013-2014, didapatkan hasil sebesar +0,4827 per satu juta jam kerja manusia dan pada tahun 2014-2015 diperoleh nilai safety score sebesar -0,4126 per satu juta jam kerja manusia. Kedua nilai tersebut berada pada batas +2,00 s/d ‒2,00 yang menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program K3 tidak mengalami perubahan atau masih dalam kondisi tetap. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pemetaan pada tabel traffic light system yang menunjukkan implementasi program K3 berada pada level 3 (hati-hati).

The purpose of this research is to determine the level of mapping at traffic light system based on the level of accident and the application of implementation communication K3 and to identify the high level of accidents on departments (groups) which has the highest level of accidents and also to compare the safety score calculation by mapping at traffic light system. The methodology that used in this research is safety score calculation, traffic light system and cause and effect diagram. As the result, known that the mapping on the table of traffic light system obtained the result of implementation level K3 program at PT.SULINDAFIN is on level three (caution cataegories). Meanwhile, departments (groups) which has the highest level of accidents in 2013 until 2015 is department of utility (Bintang Timur). For the calculation of safety score in 2013-2014, obtained +0,4827 per 1 million human work hours and in 2014-2015 obtained -0,4126 per 1 million human work hours. Both of those scores are in the limit +2,00 until ‒2,00 which explained that the implementation program of K3 doesn�t change or in constant condition. It is proved by the mapping on the traffic light system table which shown the implementation program of K3 is on level three(caution).
