PERENCANAAN BIAYA DISTRIBUSI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENT PLANNING (DRP) UNTUK PRODUKSI MUR-BAUT DI PT. ASMAR NAKAMA PARTOGI 2014

PT. Asmar Partogi Nakama adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan elektroplating, salah satu jenis produk yang dihasilkan dengan proses elektroplating adalah Nut-Bolt PT. Asmar Nakama Partogi tidak memiliki perencanaan distribusi yang baik. Perencanaan distribusi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan kurang efektif dan memiliki sedikit kelemahan. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) dapat didistribusikan dengan harapan khususnya produk Mur-Bolt dari pabrik ke masing-masing pelanggan secara optimal. Distribution Requirement Planning merupakan suatu metode untuk menangani pengadaan perbekalan dalam suatu jaringan distribusi multi-eselon. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan perencanaan biaya dan pendistribusian aktivitas yang baik, sehingga keberhasilan dalam memenuhi permintaan pelanggan akan lebih optimal, peningkatan kinerja penjualan dalam memenuhi pesanan tepat waktu dan jumlah yang tepat sehingga biaya distribusi dapat ditekan seminimal mungkin. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan biaya distribusi selama 2 tahun dengan metode perusahaan dan metode DRP maka total biaya penggunaan perusahaan sebesar Rp. 20.552.751 lebih besar dari pada metode DRP yaitu sebesar selisih Rp. 11.944.272 dengan perbedaan 41%.

The purpose of this study is to conduct cost planning and a good distribution of activity, so that success in meeting customer demand would be more optimal, increased sales performance in meeting orders on time and right amount so that distribution costs can be reduced seminimun possible. After calculating the cost of distribution for 2 years with the company method and DRP method, the total cost for using the company in the amount of Rp. 20.552.751 greater than the DRP method is equal to the difference Rp. 11.944.272 with the difference 41 %.
