PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM LAYANAN TERPADU E-MALL PLAZA XYZ MUTLI_MITRA TEKNOLOGI SOA ERA NEW NORMAL COVID-1

Kemajuan teknologi informasi SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), internet, komunikasi sangat cepat, banyak aplikasi system informasi muncul, untuk mengantikan kegiatan transaksi tatap muka. Permasalahan saat ini dihadapi semenjak diberlakukan diberkalukan PSBB (Pembatasan Social Berskala Besar) oleh pemerintahan setempat. Toko-toko, atau mitra mall, penjualan menurun drastic. Karena itulah penelitian ini dilakuan pengmbangan system layanan terpadu e-mall Plaza XYZ multi_mitra. Metode Penelitian dimulai dengan studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi jurnal-jurnal terkait permasalahan, Sebagai sumber referensi untuk menganalisis. Dilanjutkan dengan observasi langsung, melakukan wawancara kebeberapa mitra ; pemilik toko, swalayan, bank-bank, serta warga/customer yang berada di Mall. Pemodelan proses bisnis sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language, Enterprise Architect dan tenologi SOA. Metode pengembangan system menggunakan Prototype. Hasil akhir penelitian ini dapat digunakan customer dan pihak � pihak terkait dalam melakukan transaksi jarak jauh, serta pihak lainya yang tertarik dengan teknologi).

The rapidly developing information technology SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), internet, and communication. many information system applications appear, to replace face-to-face transaction activities. the problem is currently being faced since the implementation of the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (LSSR) by the local government. Stores, or partner malls, sales fell dramatically. That s why this research was done development of integrated service system e-mall Plaza XYZ multi-partner. Research method began by literature study, and documentation of journals related to the problem, as references for analysis. It was followed by direct observation by conducting interviews to several partners: shop owners, stores, banks, and customers who came to the department store during the period. Authors is not allowed by the employee and shop ownders to disclose the name of the shop, employee, customer, and customer for the convenience of data gathering. The business system modelling process using Unified Modeling Language, Enterprise Architect and SOA technology. System developing method using �Prototype�. The end result of this study is hoped to be used by related stakeholders to conduct remote transaction as well as other parties interested in SOA
