Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in many countries around the world both in countries that have been developed and developing countries is growing. High prevalence of cardiovascular disease is due to several cardiovascular risk factors that can be changed such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes, obesity, and relaxed lifestyle. Dyslipidemia as a major risk factor of cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this study was to determine risk factors for dyslipidemia in workers at company X, this study is a quantitative research with cross sectional design. Types of data used are primary and secondary data, and data collection using a data checklist and interview guide. Analysis of the data used is the univariate analysis. Research results showed that there were that as many as 32 employees experienced dyslipidemia and the health promotion program carried out was the socialization of diet, and physical activity.
