Artificial Neural Network is part of the science of Artificial Intelligent and can modeling flow the water in the river to take account in to how much waters enter from small rivers as input flowing into the prime river , that proses is called as activation function. And how much output can be received. So the output can be predicted and the problem will be occur due to the overflow can be handled.
