Description:

Driving safety training program for those semen transporter is one of the tools that can helps to reduced the number of traffic accident. This study is purposed to know about the evaluation program in driving safety training program for those semen transporter in PT X 2017. This study is a qualitative descriptive methods. This study shows that PT X has been provide the proper procedure related to driver safety, facilities, human resources, and implementation of training program for driving safety based on the proper rules procedure applied, however PT X but does not provide a simulator. The results achieved have been effective to reduce the number of traffic accidents. So it is expected to provide modules and practical space or simulators to complete the required facilities and continue to conduct training in a sustainable manner.
