Description:
Berita media online banyak dikeluhkan. Keluhan itu menyangkuat soal pemberitaan yang tidak
berimbang, fitnah dan sensasional. Ini tak boleh terjadi karena melanggar Kode Etik Jurnalistik
dan ketentuan hukum. Ironisnya pelanggaran ini terjadi karena banyaknya media online yang
tumbuh. Pertumbuhan media online ini terjadi karena mudah membuatnya dan pembaca tak perlu
bayar berlangganan. Kapan pun ia mau baca tak jadi soal. Penyajian beritanya juga cepat. Namun
kecepatan itu kadang mengabaikan obyektifitas berita. Inilah salah satu masalah pelik yang mesti
diatasi. Media online tak siap dengan SDM yang memiliki kapasitas dan kapabilitas. Bagaimana
pun juga berita semacam itu sangat merugikan khalayak yang jadi bahan pemberitaan.

There are many complaints from online media. The complaint reaffirms the issue of unbalanced,
slanderous and sensational reporting. This should not happen because it violates the Journalistic
Code of Ethics and legal provisions. Ironically, this violation occurred because of the growing
number of online media. The growth of online media occurs because it is easy to make and
readers do not need to pay a subscription. Whenever he wants to read it doesn t matter. The
presentation of the news is also fast. But that speed sometimes ignores the objectivity of the
news. This is one of the strange problems that must be overcome. Online media is not ready with
human resources who have the capacity and capability. After all, such news is very detrimental
to the audience who is the subject of news.
