Description:
Terapi latihan fungsional adalah suatu latihan yang dilakukan oleh tubuh dengan
menggunakan beberapa otot dan sendi direncanakan secara sistimatis untuk
menghasilkan gerakan tubuh dengan memperhatikan posture dan performance pada
aktivitas sehari-hari pasien/ klien. Tujuan terapi latihan fungsional ini mencegah
impairment, memelihara, meningkatkan dan mengembangkan fungsi fisik serta
mengoptimalkan status kesehatan secara keseluruhan. Diharapkan dapat
meningkatkan pemahaman strategi untuk meningkatkan hasil fungsional yang
mengarah pada kemandirian dan pada akhirnya peningkatan kualitas kehidupan
bagi pasien.
