This paper discusses the influence of Putri Indonesia Foundation Social Media to Image of Putri Indonesia Foundation. Social media is becoming an important medium for it presence to make changes in the delivery of the message.Social media that exists today are facebook, instagram, and twitter has developed further than the means to express themselves. Social media became a �place� for making perception and image for a person or company. This research is a quantitative research method description and multiple regression, and samples of social media fanpage including facebook, twitter and instagram of Putri Indonesia Foundation. Fanpage of Putri Indonesia social media results obtained that there was influence of social media on image and dimensions of social media that affect customer retention are self presentation and self disclosure
