ASKEP PENINGKATAN PEMELIHARAAN DIRI PADA IBU POST PARTUM DENGAN PENERAPAN INOVASI MOM SPA TREATMENT

Post Partum is the period after childbirth or childbirth. The period of several hours after the birth of the placenta or umbilical cord until the sixth week after delivery, after birth which includes the following weeks when the reproductive tract returns to normal before pregnancy (Marmi, 2012). Physiological changes that occur in post partum mothers experience changes in the reproductive system where the mother experiences a shrinkage process in the uterus after the placenta is born due to contraction of the uterine smooth muscles. Changes in psychological adaptation of fear and worry in new mothers. This is where SPA becomes one of the alternatives for relaxation so that the mind is refreshed and can also maintain a healthy body. Layanana home care treatment mom spa includes 5 sessions, namely full body massage, lactation massage, face acupressure, steam and spice baths, and use of pilis. Based on the description above, the authors carry out Nursing Care Improvement of Self-Care in Post Partum Mothers with the Application of Mom Spa Treatment Innovations. The purpose of writing this report is to determine the application of nursing care to postpartum mothers, starting from assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Nursing diagnoses obtained in 3 patients who were in the Bahteramas Hospital, Delima room, were sleep pattern disorders and the risk of infection. After intervention and implementation, the evaluation results were obtained, that all nursing problems in the three patients could be resolved. Self-care improvement in post-partum mothers must be done properly so that the mother and baby are in good health. Therefore it is necessary to increase self-care in postpartum with the application of spa mom treatment innovations and it is hoped that the next researcher can develop innovations that can be done to improve the status of clients with post partum.
