FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN STATUS IMUNISASI DASAR LENGKAP DI RT 02 RW 05 KELURAHAN KUNCIRAN KOTA TANGERANG TAHUN 2022

Monthly report data for IDL Posyandu Permata Hati II Kelurahan Kunciran, Tangerang City in 2022, RT 02 occupies the lowest coverage area in RW 05 Kelurahan Kunciran with achievements until June 2022 only 31.8% have received IDL, thus 69.2% have not received IDL. Based on the results of interviews with the head of cadres, there was 1 baby who was exposed to Tuberculosis (TBC) in RT 02 RW 05 which was caused by not having any immunization at all. The research objective was to determine the factors associated with IDL status in RT 02 RW 05 Kunciran Subdistrict, Tangerang City in 2022. The research design used was cross sectional with a sample of 113 respondents. Sampling in this study used the Total Sampling technique and was analyzed by the Chi Square test which was conducted in June-December 2022. The univariate results showed the highest proportion, namely mothers who carried out complete basic immunization of their children (55.8%), mothers highly knowledgeable (80.5%), mothers with low education (85%), mothers who do not work (80.5%), mothers who receive family support (53.1%) and mothers attitudes are not good (74.3%) . The bivariate results of the chi square statistical test showed the results of the p-value of family support and attitude (p <0.05) while the results of the p-value of mother s knowledge, mother s education and mother s employment status (p> 0.05). There are factors related to Complete Basic Immunization between family support and mother s attitude and factors that are not related to Complete Basic Immunization between knowledge, education and employment status of the mother. The researcher s advice to the mother s family is to always provide emotional support to the mother and be active in participating in counseling conducted by health officers and cadres, take a persuasive approach to the mother s family and reoptimize socialization and counseling activities for mothers and families to ensure the safety of basic immunization vaccines
