Description:
Latar Belakang : BBLR merupakan salah satu penyebab terbesar kematian neonatal di
Indonesia dan dikaitkan dengan tingginya angka morbiditas serta disabilitas terhadap
kehidupannya di masa yang akan datang. Berdasarkan LKIP Dinas Kesehatan tahun 2020,
sebesar 15.7% Kematian Bayi disebabkan oleh BBLR.
Tujuan : Menganalisis Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Berat Bayi Lahir
Rendah (BBLR) di RSIA Buah Hati Pamulang
Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain
penelitian case control dengan matching. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 48 data ibu dengan
teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Pengambilan data variabel
menggunakan data sekunder rekam medis Rumah Sakit. Analisis data menggunakan uji
statistik Chi-Square.
Hasil Penelitian : Ada hubungan antara kepatuhan antenatal care (p=0,006;OR=8,273) dengan
kejadian BBLR di RSIA Buah Hati Pamulang. Tidak ada hubungan antara paritas (p=1,000),
usia ibu (p=0,739), usia kehamilan (p=0,053) anemia (p=1,000), hipertensi (p=0,460),
pendidikan (p=0,773), pekerjaan (p=0,079), dan jarak kehamilan (p=0,771) dengan kejadian
BBLR di RSIA Buah Hati Pamulang.
Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara kepatuhan antenatal care dengan kejadian BBLR. Tidak
ada hubungan antara paritas, usia ibu, usia kehamilan, anemia, hipertensi, pendidikan,
pekerjaan, dan jarak kehamilan dengan kejadian BBLR.
