Sebelum dan sesudah Pengumuman Right Issue di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode
Tahun 2006 s.d Tahun 2008.( dibimbing oleh Bpk Sugiyanto).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengumuman right issue
terhadap harga saham dan volume penjualan selama Januari tahun 2006 s/d 2008.
Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Judgement samplingyang
menghasilkan 25 sampel perusahaan. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh
pengumuman right issueterhadap harga saham dan volume penjualan, maka
digunakan Paired t test dengan mempergunakan program software SPSS 16.
Adapun hasil dari analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa, harga saham dan volume
penjualan selama Januari tahun 2006 s/d 2008, secara signifikan tidak dapat
dipengaruhi oleh pengumuman right issue.
