Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan Price Earning Ratio (PER) dengan faktor-faktor fundamental (Earning Growth Rate,Drividend Payout Ratio,Debt/Equity Ratio,Net Profit Margin,total Asset Turnover Ratio,Profit after Tax (EPS) dan Return on equity).Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui dan menganilisis perbedaan kondisi perusahaan pada pada sektor telekomunikasi dengan menggunakan analisis rasio-rasio keuangan(likuiditas,solvabilitas,aktivitas,rentabilitas dan pasar).
