HUBUNGAN RETURN ON ASSETS (ROA) DAN SUKU BUNGA TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM PT ASTRA INTERNASIONAL, TBK

Permintaan dan penawaran saham dapat dipengaruhi oleh 2 faktor, yaitu faktor internal (keadaan perusahaan itu sendiri yang tercermin dalam laporan keuangannya) dan faktor eksternal perusahaan (keadaan diluar perusahaan). HUbungan keduanya saling berkaitan dan tidak dapat dipisahkan, hubungan tersebut akan diteliti melalui tulisan ini dengan judul �Hubungan Return On Asset (ROA) dan Suku Bunga terhadap Return Saham PT. Astra Internasional, Tbk�. Pengolahan data mentah hasil penelitian menggunakan statistik deskriptif meliputi parameter-parameter: 1). Kecenderungan memusat (central tendency), seperti mean, median, dan modus/mode. 2). Kemiringan (skewness) dan keruncingan (kurtosis); 4). Distribusi frekwensi; dan 5). Grafik berupa histogram dan kurva normal. hasilnya, Return On Asset (ROA) yang tinggi akan mempunyai hubungan yang positif terhadap kenaikan Return Saham. Kenaikan Suku Bunga yang tinggi akan mempunyai hubungan yang negatif terhadap kenaikan Return Saham. Jika hubungan dilakukan secara bersama-sama, hal ini akan berdampak positif terhadap Return saham. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan, dalam hal ini adalah kinerja keuangan dan Perusahaan harus melakukan inovasi-inovasi baru untuk menghasilkan laba perusahaan.

Astra International, Tbk ". Processing raw data results using descriptive statistics include parameters: 1). Converging tendency (central tendency), such as mean, median, and mode / mode. 2). The slope (skewness) andkurtosis (kurtosis), 4). Frequency distribution, and 5). Graphs such as histogramand normal curve. result, Return on Assets (ROA), which will have a high positive correlation to the increase in stock return. The increase in Interest Rate will have a high negative correlation to rising Stock Return. If the relationship is done together, this will have a positive impact on the stock return. To improve the performance of the company, in this case the financial performance and theCompany must perform new innovations to generate profits.
