Karya tulis ini dimaksudkan sebagai laporan atas Praktik Kerja Lapangan yang
penulis laporkan yakni menyangkut Peran Internal Humas Melalui Program �Win
The Heart‟ Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Kerja Karyawan di Kompas Gramedia.
Laporan ini membahas apa yang penulis ketahui mengenai program �Win The
Heart‟, yakni dari program yang dilakukan seperti The Best Customer Service,
The Best Innovation and Improvement, Bioskop Seminar dan Tour Gramedia
hingga sosialisasi program di seluruh unit usaha Kompas Gramedia.
Berdasarkan apa yang penulis lakukan selama praktik kerja, disimpulkan bahwa
peran internal humas melalui program �Win The Heart‟ dalam meningkatkan
motivasi kerja dinilai cukup berhasil karena animo karyawan untuk menjadi
peserta cukup banyak yang pada akhirnya dapat mencapai sasaran dan tujuan
bersama sesuai visi dan misi organisasi.
