Description:
Integrasi sistem adalalah pekerjaan dalam bidang teknologi yang kompleks. Keputusan
manajemen untuk memutuskan mengubah infrastruktur yang mungkin sudah kedaluwarsa untuk
masa yang akan datang. Kerangka keja Critical Success Factor (CSF) dapat digunakan untuk
mengatur proyek integrasi teknologi informasi. Tahapan pengembangan teknologi informasi
yang matur dan karakteristik infrastruktur sistem informasi.Untuk pengukuran utilitas dari
kerangka kerja CSF, analisa studi kasus dilakukan pada 2 perushaan menggunakan 86
pengukuran untuk 20 CSF yang dikembangkan.
