Fatigue from work contributes 50% to the occurrence of work accidents. Fatigue can be caused by physical or mental causes. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with work fatigue at PT. Abadi Prima Intikarya Ancol in 2020. The research design used was an observational study with a cross sectional approach. The population of respondents was 38 with a total sample size of 38 people so that the sampling technique used total sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Based on the research results, the workload has a p-value of 0.036; age has a p-value of 0.022; Nutritional status has a p-value of 0.036, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, which indicates a relationship between workload, age and nutritional status with work fatigue. This is in accordance with the initial hypothesis which assumes that there is a relationship between workload, age and nutritional status with work fatigue at the structural stage construction workers at PT. Abadi Prima Intikarya in 2020.
