In 2020 the international word faced health problems with the covid-19 virus.In order to address this problem, it is necessary to use the mask to cut the transmission of the covid-19 virus, but in the reality of the project The Anggana Village, initial studies show 75% of poorly behaved workers use mask. The study was intended to analyze factors-factors associated with behavioral use of mask to the covid-19 pandemic worker at The Anggana Village Adhi Persada Property in 2021. The type of research is a quantitative that is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional study design. The working population of The Anggana village project was 50 workers and the sample used by 50 workers using a total sampling. The data analysis use the chi square test with research results, the highest variance test good behavior 29 (58%), knowledge 28 (56%), attitude 31 (62%), supervision 26 (52%), whereas test bivariates shows a factor relating to behavioral, which is knowledge (p= 0.014), attitude (p= 0.038), supervision (p=0,000). Worker behavioral is increasing from good knowledge, positive attitude and control from good management in an effort to support action cut off the chain of covid-19 virus transmission.
