Peran kesehatan dan keselamatan dalam ilmu kesehatan kerja berkontribusi dalam upaya perlindungan kesehatan para pekerja dengan upaya promosi kesehatan, pemantauan dan survailans kesehatan serta upaya peningkatan daya tubuh dan kebugaran pekerja.
