Berdasarkan Undang Undang No. 24 Tahun 2011 tentang Badan
Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS), sistem INA CBG�s (Indonesia Case Base
Groups) digunakan untuk proses klaim Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN).
Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menerapkan
sistem INA CBG�s dan menggunakan aplikasi INA CBG�s untuk perhitungan
klaim JKN di rumah sakit. Tarif INA-CBG�s adalah besaran pembayaran klaim
oleh BPJS Kesehatan kepada Fasilitas Kesehatan Rujukan Tingkat Lanjutan
(FKRTL) atas paket layanan yang didasarkan kepada pengelompokan diagnosis
penyakit dan prosedur tindakan yang diberikan.
