Description:

Pengelolaan komunikasi dalam kondisi krisis sebaiknya juga mempertimbangkan akses informasi pada kelompok-kelompok rentan dan paling berdampak namun tidak atau kurang memiliki akses informasi. Lambert dan Loiselle, (2007) dalam Stephens, Keri (2019) menekankan pentingnya menggunakan data dan melakukan analisis dalam situasi krisis ini; bagaimana orangorang menggunakan saluran komunikasi (channel) untuk mendapatkan sumber-sumber informasi; apalagi dalam kondisi krisis seperti ini, melimpahkan informasi yang tidak jelas akurasinya telah menyebabkan kebingungan dalam masyarakat dan menambah tingkat emosi negatif pada masyarakat yaitu rasa kuatir dan penuh ketakutan kan masa depannya akibat pandemi ini. Selama ini, pemerintah sebagai pemegang otoritas informasi belum mengelola informasi ini dengan baik; sehingga banyak misinformasi yang berkembang dalam masyarakat dan menyebabkan kebingungan dalam bertindak.

So far, the government as the holder of information authority has not managed this information properly; so that a lot of misinformation that develops in society and causes confusion in action
