Dunia kampus bukan satu-satunya ruang lingkup yang harus dijelajahi oleh mahasiswa. Setelah lulus dari universitas, dunia kerja adalah salah satu tujuan yang mesti dijalani, terutama keterampilan yang dibentuk selama perkuliahan agar mendapat pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan jurusan yang diambil. Namun, dalam ruang lingkup kampus, materi yang diterima lebih banyak kepada teori dibanding praktik. Sehingga mahasiswa belum mempunyai keterampilan yang sinkronis di dunia nyata.
