Description:
Proses penyimpanan rekam medis di RSIA. Setya Bhakti sesuai dengan
teori yaitu dengan cara sentralisasi sedangkan sistem penyimpanannya
dengan menggunakan sistem penomoran langsung atau straight
numerical filing, namun untuk penyimpanan rekam medis in aktif di
RSIA Setya Bhakti belum pernah dilakukan karena memang belum
saatnya dan RSIA baru didirikan.
