Description:
Gizi kerja adalah pemberian gizi yang diterapkan kepada masyarakat
tenaga kerja dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan,
efisiensi, dan produktivitas setinggi-tingginya. Pada umumnya tenaga kerja
menghabiskan waktu produktif 30%- 50% atau sekitar 8 jam setiap harinya
di tempat kerja.
Modul Gizi Kerja ini berisi:
Modul 1 Konsep gizi kerja dan landasan hukum;
Modul 2 Masalah gizi kerja dan hubungan gizi dengan produktivitas;
Modul 3 Nutritional Assesment;
Modul 4 Kebutuhan energi dan zat gizi makro selama bekerja;
Modul 5 Kebutuhan vitmin bagi tenaga kerja;
Modul 6 Mineral;
Modul 7 Review Materi;
Modul 8 Anemia gizi dan gizi untuk pekerja shift;
Modul 9 Perencanaan dan implementasi gizi kerja;
Modul 10 Monitoring dan evaluasi pelayanan gizi kerja;
Modul 11 Keamanan pangan;
Modul 12 Food solutions at workplace and case studies-canteen and cafetaria;
Modul 13 Pedoman gizi seimbang untuk tenaga kerja secara umum;
