Karya tulis ini dimaksudkan sebagai laporan atas Kuliah Kerja PraktIk yang penulis lakukan di PT Dow Chemical Indonesia dari 01 Februari hingga 30 April, yakni menyangkut Proses Kerja pelaksanaan acara �Dow Customer Appreciation Day� Fun Gathering Golf. Laporan ini membahas apa yang penulis lakukan selama melakukan praktik kerja, yakni dari mulai menentukan tema, pengadaan penelaahan, menetapkan rencana, menentukan personil dan bahan-bahan yang bersifat tulisan hingga evaluasi di akhir acara. Berdasarkan apa yang penulis lakukan selama praktik kerja, disimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan sebuah program acara �Dow Customer Relationship� Fun Gathering Golf membutuhkan kerjasama tim yang baik agar program berjalan sebagaimana harusnya, baik pada tahap persiapan hingga hari �H�. Untuk itu penulis menyarankan agar sebuah program acara berjalan baik, maka sebaiknya tim yang bertugas memiliki spesialisasi dan tidak melakukan peran ganda �one man show�
