Artikel ini disarikan dari hasil penelitian terhadap mahasiswa kelas e-larning pada semester ganjil
tahun 2020. Ada dua variabel yang dianalisis, pertama pemanfaatan disrupsi digital, dan kedua
dimensi interaksi, komunikasi dan flesibelitas pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian mendiskripsikan
pemanfaatan disrupsi digital, terhadap dimensi interaksi, komunikasi dan flesibelitas pada proses dan
aktivitas program e-learning. Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa perubahan dahsyat telah terjadi sejak ada
revolusi industri 4.0. Secara teoritik kehadiran revolusi industri 4.0 ini dapat membawa disrupsi
digital di segala bidang kehidupan, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Salah satunya adalah
perubahan model pembelajaran, dari model belajar di dalam ruang kelas tatap muka secara fisik yang
bersifat nyata, berubah menjadi model belajar jarak jauh secara daring yang bersifat maya. Penelitian
mrnggunakan metode kuantitatif, memberdayakan pendekatan survey, dengan instrumen penelitian
menggunakan kuesioner dari fasilitas Google form. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif, diinterpretasikan
dan dibahas untuk didiskripsikan sebagai temuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa
keberadaan disrupsi digital dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif dalam dimensi interaksi, komunikasi,
dan fleksibilitas pada proses dan aktivitas pembelajaran online secara signifikan. Disarankan setiap
perguruan tinggi agar dapat memanfatkan disrupsi digital untuk membuka program belajar jarak jauh
e-learning

This article is extracted from the results of research on e-larning class students in the odd semester of
2020. There are two variables analyzed, first the use of digital disruption, and secondly the
dimensions of interaction, communication and learning flexibility. The research objective is to
describe the use of digital disruption to the dimensions of interaction, communication and flexibility
in the processes and activities of e-learning programs. As is known, catastrophic changes have
occurred since the 4.0 industrial revolution. Theoretically, the presence of the 4.0 industrial
revolution can bring digital disruption in all areas of life, including in the field of education. One of
them is a change in the learning model, from a real, face-to-face physical learning model to a virtual
online distance learning model. This research uses quantitative methods, empowers a survey
approach, with research instruments using a questionnaire from the Google form facility. Data were
analyzed descriptively, interpreted and discussed to describe the research findings. The results of the
study conclude that the existence of digital disruption can be used effectively in the dimensions of
interaction, communication, and flexibility in online learning processes and activities significantly. It
is recommended that each university be able to take advantage of digital disruption to open e -
learning distance learning programs.
