Description:

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah adanya pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap minat belajar IPA siswa kelas IV di SDN Tanjung Duren Utara 02. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket/kuesioner dengan Skala Likert 5 options. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan 30 siswa kelas IV di SDN Tanjung Duren Utara 02. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana yang dibantu dengan program SPSS for windows release 25. Hasil analisis tersebut menyatakan bahwa nilai konstanta pada variabel minat belajar siswa (Y) sebesar 34,055, sedangkan nilai koefisien regresi pada variabel kompetensi guru (X) sebesar 0,576 maka dapat diartikan bahwa arah pengaruh variabel kompetensi guru (X) terhadap variabel minat belajar siswa (Y) adalah positif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kompetensi guru kelas terhadap minat belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui hasil uji t, yang dimana t hitung > t tabel , hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa H 0 ditolak dan H 1 diterima, maka dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari variabel kompetensi guru (X) terhadap variabel minat belajar siswa (Y). Didapat pula nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 , hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi < 0,005 yang artinya t hitung signifikan dan variabel kompetensi guru berpengaruh secara positif terhadap minat belajar siswa.

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there was an influence of teacher competence on students interest in learning science grade IV at SDN Tanjung Duren Utara 02. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire / questionnaire with a Likert 5 Scale option. The sample in this study was 30 students in grade IV at SDN Tanjung Duren Utara 02. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple linear regression analysis assisted with the SPSS program for windows release 25. The results of the analysis stated that the constant values on the variable students interest in learning ( Y) amounted to 34.055, while the value of the regression coefficient on the teacher competency variable (X) was 0.576 it can be interpreted that the direction of the influence of the teacher competency variable (X) on the variable of student learning interest (Y) was positive. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an effect of classroom teacher competence on student interest in learning. This can be seen through the results of the t test, where t count > t table , these results indicate that H 0 is rejected and H 1 is accepted, it can be interpreted that there is an influence of the teacher competency variable (X) on the variable student interest (Y). Obtained also a significance value of 0.001, these results indicate that the significance value <0.005 which means that the t count is significant and the teacher competency variable has a positive effect on student interest in learning.
