Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pembelajaran e-learning terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa di rumah. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menyelediki dan menganalisis suatu peristiwa untuk mendapatkan fakta yang tepat seperti sebab, penyebab, dan sebenarnya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara memaparkan makna-makna esensial dari suatu konsep yang telah ada sebelumnya agar dapat dipahami, digambarkan, dan dijelaskan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Jenis metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif ini adalah metode analisis konsep. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dengan melalui pengamatan langsung di tempat penelitian yaitu di SD N 06 Tegal alur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil kesiapan belajar anak dari kompetesi guru itu dengan memberikan metode yang kreatif dan profesiobal menjadikan kesiapan belajar anak tersebut menjadi siap belajar sehinga dapat meraih hasil belajar yang sesuai dengan kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan. Apabila guru kurang profesional dalam cara mengajar menyebabkan anak tersebut menjadi tidak siap dalam menerima pembelajaran sehingga menyebabkan hasil prestasinya menjadi menurun. Hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan cara membuat kondisi kelas yang ceria sehingga siswa dapat menerima materi pembelajaran yang akan disampaikan dan siswa jadi lebih aktif.

This study aims to determine the development of teacher pedagogical competence in e-learning learning towards students learning readiness at home. This research seeks to investigate and analyze an event to get the right facts such as causes, causes, and truth. The research was conducted by describing the essential meanings of a pre-existing concept in order to be understood, described and explained. The approach used in this research is a qualitative research approach. The type of method used in this qualitative research is concept analysis method. The subjects in this study were teachers and students. The data collection technique used in this study was observation through direct observation at the research site, namely SD N 06 Tegal. The results of this study indicate that the results of children s learning readiness from the teacher s competence by providing creative and global professional methods make the child s learning readiness to be ready to learn so that they can achieve learning outcomes in accordance with predetermined competencies. If the teacher is less professional in teaching, it causes the child to be unprepared in accepting learning, which causes their achievement to decrease. This can be overcome by making the class conditions cheerful so that students can receive learning material to be delivered and students become more active.
